Stephen King – The Bachman Books

In 1977, three years after he published his first novel (Carrie), Stephen King started publishing some novels under the pseudonym Richard Bachman.

On October 4, 1985, four of the novels written as Bachman were collected together and published in an edition called The Bachman Books.

The Bachman Books description

Four of Richard Bachman’s eerie works are gathered here in a posthumous edition. They are:

Rage, a story of stunning psychological horror about an “estra” ordinary high school student

The Long Walk, a contest with death

Roadwork, a strange variation on the theme of “Home Sweet Home”

The Running Man, where you bet your life – literally.
